( you can of course choose to use another bank if you wish) Mortgages. Mortgages are available via the Spanishobanks, subject to status. Solicitors. We are able to recommend and introduce you to companies with lawyers who speak your language (again you can choose to appoint a different solicitor if you prefer) Town Hall Register. (Padron) This is a local document that registers you and your property. (you will need this to register with the Heath Centre and Local Social Security Office ) Resident or Non Resident?
